  • University of Belgrade Faculty of Medicine – undergraduate studies, specialization, and subspecialization.
Work Experience
  • From 1980 to 1983, until completing her specialization in pediatrics, she worked at the Podgorica Health Center, and then at the Institute for Health Protection of Youth.
  • From 1991 to 2026, she was employed at the Center for Neonatology within the Institute for Children's Diseases at the Clinical Center of Montenegro.
  • Head of the Center for Neonatology at the Institute for Children's Diseases, KCCG from 2009 to 2015 and from 2019 to 2022.
  • Director of the Institute for Children's Diseases, KCCG from 2012 to 2015.
Areas of Expertise
  • Pediatrics and neonatology.
  • Ultrasound diagnostics of the central nervous system – 30 years of experience.
Memberships
  • Member of the European Pediatric Association (EPA-UNEPSA).
  • Member and one of the founders of the Association of Pediatricians of Montenegro, as well as its first president, from 2008 to 2016.

  • She participated in numerous national and international congresses, where she presented her work in the fields of pediatrics and neonatology.
  • She was an educator at specialized seminars on emergency pediatrics and neonatal resuscitation.

  • She mentored a large number of residents in the fields of pediatrics, neonatology, emergency, and family medicine.
  • In 2004, she received the Annual Award from the Clinical Center of Montenegro for outstanding achievements in her work.
